Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At CarpGate, you, as a consumer, have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

1. Cooling-off Period
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

2. How do you return an item?
Send an email to info@carpgate.com with the order number of the item you wish to return. You received our return form via email. After you notify us, you have 14 days to return the product.

3. Terms and Conditions
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging (to the extent possible).
• For hygiene reasons, opened bait products (boilies, pellets, liquids) cannot be returned, unless the product is defective.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds
We will refund the full purchase amount, including the standard shipping fee of €6.99, within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.
