Returning

You have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the products, unless the product is defective or the wrong product was delivered. In that case, CarpGate will cover the return shipping costs.
